a. LNP

• MOC is one of  LNP’s expression of its way of life and  to support and evangelize the less fortunates.
• MOC is the central policy making body, it standardizes  TNP practices in the different areas, Teachings and Speakers, schedules, Cost and Budgets and TNP way of life.
• The execution of TNP programs and activities are to be done at the Sector and District  MOC levels.
• Every LNP District must have a minimum of one (1) TNP area to minister and care for.
• Districts should exercise ownership and take responsibility in coordinating and developing relationship with each TNP assigned area.
• Each district should provide and assign its district MOC Champion to mobilize a team to serve in the TNP area.
• Proper representation must be done at the various levels of BOC, OLC, SLT and DLT.
• Inclusion of the MOC-TNP into the formal formation process of Ligaya so that new members are aware of our involvement with the poor.
• On-going concientization as envisioned by Kuya Vic Gutierrez among the Ligaya members.

b. TAHANAN NG PANGINOON

• Community building through the various TNP area.
• Each TNP area must endeavor to conduct at least one (1) BLESS program and Growth Series for the year.
• To enhance evangelization efforts and strengthen TNPs way of life.
• Each TNP area must have the organizational structure to support its way of life headed by the Area Head, Unit heads, Household heads and members. LNP workers will provide oversight functions on this organization.
• Each TNP area must endeavor to work closely and cooperate with the local parish.
• Efforts will be directed to identify TNP members who could join Ligaya under our regular acceptance guidelines and procedures.
• TNP youth are a growing force in each TNP area. Specific programs and activities shall be formulated to take good care of these youth and train them.
