(TEAP) SCHOLARS DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM

TEAP had already gained awareness and support from our community not only through financial contributions but  through Skills and Leadership Training and Development Program initiated by North Sector 1 (Chito Morales)

 

Ligaya brothers and sisters from NS1 meets our TEAP Senior High School and College Students  every 1st Sunday of the month at Guadalupe Minor Seminary, where sisters and brothers serves   as Resource Speakers on different Life Skills topics.

 

 This is a Skills and Leadership Training and Development Program given to  - Tahanan Scholars  (Senior High School and College students)

 

TEAP ALUMNI

We are in the process of gathering our TEAP Graduates (Alumni), and strategize means to link them to  LNP Singles group, either Pathways or Lingkod, for their Spiritual Growth. And eventually equip them for service in their respective TNP area. The group of Joff Quiring already signify their willingness to help us on this.

 

While we are coordinating the possible link with LNP Lingkod or Pathways our TEAP Alumni, it is  clear that their service will always be Tahanan.

 

 

TNP YOUTH PROGRAM
YOUTH SERVING YOUTH

TNP Youth composed of:

1. TNP Grade School youth and TEAP Junior High School to be named as Junior TEAP Scholars (G1 – G10)

2. TEAP Senior High School and College to be named as Senior TEAP Scholars (G11 – College 4Y)

 

Program:

JUNIOR TEAP SCHOLARS (TEAP GS AND JHS) PROGRAM

- Undergoes Basic Catechism (G1 – G6) and TNP Advocacies (G7 – G10) to be given by TEAP SHS and COLLEGE.

 

SENIOR TEAP SCHOLARS (TEAP SHS AND COLLEGE) PROGRAM

- Serves the Junior TEAP Scholars in their area

- Formation and trainings to be given by the following:

1. TEAP Youth Workers (NS1-A)
   - Trains TEAP SHS and COLLEGE to serve TEAP GS AND JHS
   - Once a month training and meeting to prepare for one month of service to Junior TEAP Scholars.
2. CYA
   - Evangelization and discipleship formation of TEAP SHS and COLLEGE in their respective schools where CYA is present.

 

 

TEAP SCHOLARS ALUMNI ASSOCIATION
PAYING IT FORWARD BY SERVING OUR HOME (TAHANAN)

TEAP Scholars Alumni Association Program

- Serves significantly in Tahanan ng Panginoon

- Formation and trainings to be given by the following:

1. Singles Districts
   - Evangelization and discipleship formation in Lingkod Greenhills
2. TEAP Youth Workers (NS1 – A)
   - Involves them with the TNP Youth Program
   - Those with highest potentials as leaders will be part of this group to make sure that they continue to serve in Tahanan ng Panginoon while being formed and discipled. An Action Group will be created to be lead by NS1-A Youth Workers. Some of them maybe invited directly to CWR by invitation of NS1-A. They will remain to serve in Tahanan ng Panginoon while being part of NS1 – A. They may serve in other capacities in Tahanan ng Panginoon and not just with the TNP Youth Program.

 

 

LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
TNP AREA LEADERSHIP FORMATION TRAINING

To galvanize  and energize leadership of the TNP areas,  we conduct regular TNP Quarterly  TNP Leaders and LNP workers’ General Assembly. The purpose of the assembly is to coordinate  the various TN propgrams and activities, and exchange notes on respective TNP area of concerns  and best practices. The assembly also serves as venue for the various Spiritual Formation and  Skills Training to equip our leaders in their service in their respective areas.

 

 Our homegrown leaders have been given opportunities to lead worship and give Talks on certain  topics.

 

 Our Area leaders are also being invited in various programs of Ligaya like LNP Anniversaries,   Lenten Triduum, Catchfire, Harvest Institute.

 

 

EDUCATION (JHS, SHS, COLLEGE)

As we saw the need to focus on the  growing youth members of TNP, we have put up programs for them and enlist and tie-up with the various LNP Ministries’ (CYA, UD, Singles, Lingkod) support for this area. Specific programs shall be prepared to respond to the needs of the youth.

 

 In order to expand the TNP scholarship program to get poor but deserving TNP students and out of school youth to be given financial support, we have formally launched in 2012 the Tahanan Educational Assistance Program or TEAP.
